Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment & Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days

Shipping takes 3 business days. PLEASE plan ahead if wig/extensions are needed for a special event.

** You can skip the processing time by doing a direct order, you can contact us via text and or email!**

If we're experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. 

If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.


Shipping rates & delivery estimates:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

Shipment Addresses:

Please make sure your shipping address is correct upon checkout. If you notice that the address is wrong after checkout, please email us at: thedeejayhkco@outlook.com.


Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active as soon as you receive it..


Damages:

THEDEEJAYHKCOLLECTION is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.


International Shipping Policy:

We currently do ship outside the U.S.


Returns & Refunds: 

We don’t do returns or refunds, Please make sure ALL information is correct before placing all orders. If you made a mistake please contact us via email ASAP.
